2022+ Ford Ranger Next Gen Ironman Foamcell Shock Suspension Raise

Ironman 4x4 offers suspension lift kits for the Next Gen Ford Ranger, providing a 50mm lift and improved off-road performance. The kits include foam cell front struts and rear shocks, coil springs, leaf springs, spring bushes, Ubolts and a driveshaft spacer kit.The foam cell shocks are designed for enhanced durability and heat dissipation, especially in off-road conditions. 

FOAM CELL SHOCK ABSORBERS - ADVENTUROUS TERRAIN Eat potholes for breakfast. Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Shock Absorbers are designed to enhance off-road durability and performance whilst providing improved on-road suspension.

• FOAM CELL TECHNOLOGY - Micro-Cellular closed cell foam insert maximises cooling efficiency by occupying less internal space than gas within a pressurised shock absorber. Greater oil capacity and more surface area maintains lower operating temperatures.
• 40mm TEFLON BANDED PISTON - Precision shim-stack piston specifically valved by Ironman suspension engineers, banded with teflon for smooth long life operation.
• 60mm TWIN TUBE BODY - 50%-100% more oil volume than a gas shock absorber for superior cooling and endurance. Twin tube construction protects internal components from rock damage.
• 18mm HARD CHROME PISTON ROD - Hardened and polished, volumetrically balanced to piston size.
• FLEXIBLE RUBBER BUSHES - Offers quieter operation and reduces damaging side loads from shock absorber.
